By accessing or using ZuVoCo ("the Platform"), operated by Tabularise Technologies India Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use ZuVoCo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Rewards are distributed at ZuVoCo's sole discretion based on shopping activity through our affiliate links. Key points:

• Rewards are "Participation Rewards", not guaranteed cashback
• Reward amounts depend on affiliate commissions received by ZuVoCo
• ZuVoCo retains a platform share (20-65% depending on commission amount) before distributing rewards
• Rewards are subject to admin approval and verification
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹10. A convenience fee of ₹3.50 applies for balances under ₹100
• Withdrawals are processed via RazorpayX (IMPS/NEFT/UPI)

• Users may share coupon codes they have discovered or received
• Shared coupons must be legitimate and not obtained through fraud
• ZuVoCo does not guarantee coupon validity or acceptance by merchants
• Tips for coupon sharers are voluntary. Razorpay processes tips with an 80/20 split (80% to sharer, 20% platform fee)

When you click "Shop Now" or visit stores through ZuVoCo:

• You are redirected to the merchant's website via affiliate tracking links
• Your purchase is between you and the merchant — ZuVoCo is not a party to the transaction
• Affiliate commissions may or may not be earned depending on the merchant's program terms
• We use anonymized click IDs for tracking, not personal information

Krish provides AI-powered shopping recommendations. Krish's suggestions are informational only and do not constitute financial or purchasing advice. Recommendations may include affiliate links.

• Creating fake accounts or manipulating click/reward data
• Submitting fraudulent or expired coupon codes
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform's systems
• Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate content in community features

The ZuVoCo name, logo, and platform are intellectual property of Tabularise Technologies India Private Limited. Store names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Tabularise Technologies India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost rewards, failed transactions, or merchant disputes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
