Community Guidelines

ZuVoCo is a community of shoppers helping each other save money. These guidelines ensure a safe, helpful, and trustworthy experience for everyone.

• Share genuine coupons only. Do not post expired, fake, or misleading coupon codes.
• Provide accurate details. Include the correct merchant, description, and terms.
• Respect expiry dates. Remove or update coupons that have expired.
• No spam. Do not flood the community with duplicate or irrelevant coupons.

• Tips are voluntary appreciation — never demand or solicit tips
• Use thumbs up/down reactions honestly to help others identify working coupons
• Report coupons that are fake, misleading, or inappropriate

• No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind
• No personal attacks against other users or coupon sharers
• No adult, violent, or illegal content
• No promotion of competing cashback platforms
• No sharing of other users' personal information

• One account per person — multiple accounts will be blocked
• Do not manipulate clicks, rewards, or referral systems
• Do not impersonate other users, brands, or ZuVoCo staff

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Forfeiture of pending rewards
• Legal action for severe violations
