Rewards Terms

ZuVoCo Participation Rewards are discretionary benefits distributed based on user activity and affiliate commissions earned by the platform. They are not guaranteed cashback, employment compensation, or contractual obligations.

• Shop through ZuVoCo's affiliate links (Stores, Campaigns, or Krish recommendations)
• Active participation: uploading coupons, using the AI assistant, browsing stores
• Rewards are calculated when affiliate commissions are received from partner networks

When commissions are received:

• ZuVoCo retains a platform share (20-65% based on commission tier)
• Remaining amount is split: 75% to users who clicked the specific merchant, 25% to the active user pool
• Distribution is subject to admin review and approval
• Reward amounts may vary and are not proportional to purchase amounts

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹10
• Convenience fee: ₹3.50 for balances under ₹100 (waived above ₹100)
• Withdrawal methods: UPI, IMPS (bank transfer), NEFT (automatic fallback)
• Processing time: UPI/IMPS instant, NEFT up to 2 hours
• Failed payouts are auto-retried via NEFT; if both fail, the amount is refunded to your wallet

Rewards may be forfeited if:

• The account is terminated for violations of Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Rewards were earned through fraudulent or manipulated activity
• The affiliate commission is reversed by the merchant or network

ZuVoCo reserves the right to modify reward rates, distribution logic, and withdrawal terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
