1. User Responsibilities
By using ZuVoCo, you agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the security of your account credentials, and use the platform responsibly. You must not share coupon codes that are fraudulent, expired, or obtained through illegal means. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Coupon Submission Rules
Users may submit coupon codes they have received from merchants. Submitted coupons must be genuine and currently valid. ZuVoCo reserves the right to remove any coupon that is reported as invalid, expired, or misleading. Sharing personal or single-use coupons that explicitly restrict redistribution may result in the coupon being removed.
3. Participation Rewards Terms
Participation rewards are earned when users shop through ZuVoCo's affiliate links. Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on the affiliate commission received from the partner store. Reward amounts vary by store, product category, and campaign. Rewards are credited after the merchant’s return window (typically 15 days) to ensure the transaction is not reversed. ZuVoCo reserves the right to adjust, delay, or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, returns, or order cancellations.
4. Tipping Terms
Tips are voluntary payments made by users to thank coupon sharers. A 20% convenience fee is deducted from each tip, and the remaining 80% is credited to the recipient’s rewards balance. Tips are non-refundable once processed. Users cannot tip themselves.
5. Withdrawal Policy
Users may withdraw their available balance to their registered bank account via IMPS transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹10. A processing fee of ₹3.50 applies to withdrawals when the available balance is below ₹100; withdrawals of ₹100 or more are fee-free. Withdrawals are processed instantly but may take up to 24 hours during bank holidays or system maintenance. ZuVoCo reserves the right to hold withdrawals for verification if unusual activity is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on ZuVoCo are owned by Tabularise Technologies or their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any ZuVoCo content without prior written permission. Store logos and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. Disclaimer
ZuVoCo is a coupon aggregation and affiliate platform. We do not sell, ship, or guarantee any products. Product availability, pricing, and delivery are solely the responsibility of the respective merchants. ZuVoCo does not guarantee that coupon codes will work, as merchants may deactivate codes at any time. We strive to display accurate information but make no warranties regarding completeness or accuracy of deal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZuVoCo and Tabularise Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to: failed transactions, incorrect coupon codes, delayed rewards, or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount of rewards credited to your account in the preceding 30 days.

What User Data is Collected
ZuVoCo collects the following information: your name, email address, and mobile number (optional) during registration. When you add a bank account for withdrawals, we collect your bank account number, IFSC code, and account holder name. We also collect your shopping click activity (which stores you visit through ZuVoCo) to track affiliate commissions and credit rewards.
Cookies & Analytics
ZuVoCo uses essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Basic analytics data (page views, feature usage) may be collected to improve the platform experience. No data is sold to third parties.
Login & Authentication
Your password is securely hashed using bcrypt and is never stored in plain text. Login sessions are managed via secure JWT tokens that expire after a set period. We do not share your login credentials with any third party.
Photo Uploads
When you use the "From Screenshot" coupon upload feature or send a product photo to Krish AI, the image is processed by our AI system to extract coupon details or identify products. Images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers after processing.
AI Assistant Interactions
Conversations with Krish, the AI Shopping Assistant, are processed using OpenAI's GPT technology. Your chat messages are sent to the AI service to generate responses. Chat history is maintained for your session but is not used for advertising or shared with third parties. ZuVoCo may use anonymised conversation patterns to improve Krish's recommendations.
WhatsApp Notifications
If you opt-in to WhatsApp notifications, your phone number is used solely to send transactional alerts (reward credits, withdrawal updates) via the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You can disable notifications at any time from your Profile settings. Your phone number is not shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Data Sharing
ZuVoCo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Limited data (click tracking) is shared with affiliate networks solely for the purpose of commission tracking and reward attribution. Your banking details are shared only with our payment partner (RazorpayX) for processing withdrawals.
